  I really don't understand how come this place has such a low review on yelp. Deno's has the best pizza in West Roxbury hands down! I always get the cheese and the Hawaiian. I don't get anything else because these are so delicious that I keep getting the same thing over and over. Trust me I've tried all the pizza places in West Roxbury and this is the best. I am grateful that the service has been great for me and my family and never had any issues with their service. I will continue getting my pizza here. Yelp usually has it right but this place deserves a better review.

  Found hair in my Sicilian pizza yuck!!!!! They did apologize Nd asked if I wanted a refund or another whole pizza. The pizza was over cooked burnt cheese with hair melted with the cheese

  Use to always consider Deno's a go to good pizza place, after my experience tonight I will probably just stick with check mate. Called a delivery and asked the women who answered the phone to make sure the driver knows to call, as we are in the back yard and the power is out. I even confirmed my phone number... so 45 minutes go by and the Deno's delivery driver has come and gone. No phone call. My tenant told me they saw him drive away. I call the shop up to explain what happened and some guy said he would call the driver and call me back.. never called back I had to call after 10 min  he yelled at me "well if he shows up tell him you don't want it" and hung up. All set with this place ‍ so rude #seeya side note my power is out as well. Waste of time

  It's convenient , that's it.   Way overpriced for the quality of food , I got 5 pieces of chicken for a medium... I called to see if this was right and was put on hold and no one came back. ;(
